Firearm Licences
Any person who is in possession or in control of a firearm must carry their licence with them. Failing to carry a licence may be dealt with by an expiation notice or a maximum fine of $2,500.
A person must produce a valid licence within 48 hours of being asked, for inspection.
Failing to do so will result in a maximum penalty of $10,000 or imprisonment for 2 years.

Our business hours are between 9am-5pm weekdays. We are available outside these hours if urgent matters, such as arrest, arise.
