Aggravated extreme speed

Where a person drives at an extreme speed, which is defined as By 55 km/hr or more where the speed limit is 60 km/hr or less: or By 80 km/hr or more where the speed limit is more than 60km/hr

The maximum penalty is 3 years imprisonment for a basic offence and a mandatory disqualification of no less than 2 years for a basic offence.

The maximum penalty is 5 years imprisonment for an aggravated offence or a subsequent offence and a mandatory disqualification of no less than 5 years for an aggravated offence.
